I am part of the MR Spectroscopic Imaging (MRSI) group & Computational Imaging Research Lab (CIR). I am interested in the acceleration and reconstruction of MRSI data.
Since I started my PhD, I have been working on the reconstruction of undersampled k-space from MRSI data. For this project, whole brain MRSI data with contentric ring trajectories was acquired. The data has a non-Euclidean structure, therefore Geometric Deep Learning on graphs is used.
I really enjoy this project because of the interface between two exciting technologies, MRSI and Deep Learning. In the future, I hope to contribute to fast and stable MRSI scans.
