The topic of my PhD thesis is multiparametric breast cancer MRI in breast cancer. I was involved in the development of advanced processing methods of proton spectroscopic imaging data, diffusion weighted imaging and contrast-enhanced MRI in breast at 3 and 7 T MRI.
Recently I started a collaboration within a WWTF funded project about Sodium MRI in breast cancer and I am contributing in volunteer and phantom measurements and working on the evaluation of SNR in a radially acquired images using phased array coil setup.
Furthermore, my other interests are CEST MRI acquisition of glycogen and GAG and the evaluation of Z-spectra, along with glycogen measurement using carbon spectroscopy in vivo.
