My main interest is the development and application of MRI and MRSI sequences for the brain at ultra-high-field and intraoperative MR systems with the goal of new metabolic, morphological and functional insights into brain tumours, epilepsy-associated lesions and the healthy brain. In a modern multidisciplinary context, multimodal imaging will be an essential part of future research.
